By making a purchase on www.arielsorchids.com, Customer understands that substitution may need to be made based on season, availability of flowers or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances.Customer authorizes substitutions within a specific color palette.

Currency and Sales Taxes

All purchase items are in United States Dollar currency. We only accept payments in US Dollars. Please check an online currency converter to calculate the cost in your currency. All purchases are subject to Florida sales taxes.

Cancellation

A written request for cancellation is required 24 hours prior to the delivery time of orders. Orders cannot be changed or canceled if items have been sent out for delivery. No Refunds. Store credit only. Please check carefully before submitting your order.
